I have to say that I loved the fabric very nice drap on them.When I read the reviews I dicided to order up a size big mistake.They were so big I had to send them back .I 'm a size large order XL way too long n big.I think if I would of went by the sizing chart and orderd what it said for my waist they would have been fine.To me there true to size.I should of orderd my size .Have to say great pant next time I will order my size and listen to the size chart.Not so much the reviews hope this helps someone.

I don't think these are about 31" in length and the waist and hips, not as on sizing charts. If you get these size up and then probably will not be happy. They are put together oddly!!! A reject right of the box. Will send back!!! Had to give 1 star for rating to be accepted, truly not 1 star worthy!
