I read some negative comments but at the sale price, this is a steal. I usually wear an 18 but I bought a 20 based on comments. This skirt is lined. How can you go wrong for less than 13 dollars?

Skirt is worth sale price. It is a cute and sporty. Colleen wasn't kidding when she recommended going up a size with this skirt. I always wear a size 4 or 6 at the most in skirts and pants and an xs in all her tops but I needed to return the 6 and got an 8 which is the same size as my other size 4 skirts in my closet. This skirt goes gorgeous with her rose garden top in pink. Perfect outfit.
