Even though a few reviews on this dress were not good, I took my chances. The concept is cool especially with leggins, but the ruffles are too much. It looks awful on! Without some of the ruffles this would have been a great dress. Unless you want to be overwhelmed by ruffles pass on this one.

I ordered in two colors. The fabric is great. The big ruffled collar does look kind of messy. But it still looks nice in the silvery grey. The wine color did not look as good to me. So I'm sending it back.
