Very stylish and yes, they do flare out at bottom... but come on... these are "sailor" style crop pants. Really Cute!!! and I usually wear them with a pair of high heels that I found that are in gold, also. I get lots of compliments on them. Absolutely, too cute, and I would buy more but none left in my size.
