Ordered these in purple and love them. I'm 5 '2, and wear 14 Petite. Fit is perfect. They make me look slimmer and taller than I am. Stretch is really great at the waist, as, at 70, I don't have one anymore. LOL. Even younger guys have given me the eye in these jeans.I don't think you'll be sorry if you purchase them.

I bought the black and grey in size 8Tall. I also bought a pair of black in size 10Tall, just in case - because I knew that they would sell out and I didn't want to be without. Well, I'm returning the 10T, and I'm keeping the two pairs of 8Talls. The cut is very generous, and if they weren't sold out, I'd order a black in 6Tall. The velvet is supple, not stiff, which I really like. They can be worn dressed-up or casual. I am almost 6', and I really appreciate that Diane designs jeans that fit me. It is seldom that I find jeans - or any pants - that fit me well. Because Diane's fit so well, I cannot imagine I'll ever buy another design other than Diane's again. I want more!

I was so looking forward to getting these jeans. I ordered espresso and purple, in size 4. I returned the espresso, cause the color was nothing like what showed. Alot of hype on these jeans, they are just okay. I bought almost the exact same pair at a dept store for $24.98. So, disappointed. Dont waste your money. Shame on you Diane

I really love these jeans. I got the grey in the 4 Petite and they are gorgeous. I think the fit is great for baby boomers as Diane has stated. I tried to get another pair in black but they were unavailable. I usually wear a 4 Petite and did not think they ran as large as some of the other reviewers rated them.
