I went down a size and the dress was still way too big. The bodice somehow looked unfinished on one side and it gaped all over. Definitely returning.

I bought the black dress in an XL and I would agree with the last person about it running big. So I would suggest sizing down a size. I wore this to a very upscale wedding and I got so many compliments on it. The material has a nice weight to it, it doesn't cling nor wrinkle and it drapes nicely over the body.

I originally ordered an XL because that is a "normal size" for me or even a 1X. It was so big that I put it over my head and it hung too big.

I had to send it back and get a LARGE and it fit much better, I can still put it over my head without unzipping it.

Tha material has the most wonderful feel and it flows nicely on your body. I think it is a great little black dress and for someone like me who has a larger upper arm, the jacket is the best. Thank you.
