I just received the dress and am unsure on whether I will keep or return it. One of the complaints that I have is that it is not the dress pictured in the picture that the girl is wearing. There is more black in that picture. This dress, when I put it on is lower than knee level so the bubble part of it doesn''t look right. I''m still deciding if I can alter this dress or if I will return it. I really wish it was the EXACT dress that is shown in the still picture that is shown here.

I am so pleased with this dress & kept the size small which fit me true to size. I love that it fits my size 34DD top and nips in at the waist. It''s my first bubble style dress which is so trendy but it''s not too poofy or too trendy that it will be out of style next summer. Very flattering slight bubble skirt. Red or fuschia high heels will look smashing!

Odd Bubble effect on bottom

Even though I like the print , I am not keeping it because it hangs longer and the pleats are stiched partly up - it would be ok except but it forms the shape of a bag or bubble when tou sit or bend because only the bottom is stiched , I did like the top portion. Can not see a way to alter the bottom to lessen the effect so returning.

I returned this item because their were several snagged threads on the front. Also the dress has an inner lining that is itchy and clingy. I had to pay all those shipping charges for a defective product. Not happy.
