POTATO SACK is TOO COMPLIMENTARY / Kate, MN5/28/2008 This dress is hideous.I am 32 & thin: ''6",125#,30waist,34hips,36B, sz6-8, sometimes 10. Somehow this managed to look both ill-fittingly large AND too tight. I looked bizarre, and it was waaay unflattering. My parents laughed hysterically when they saw me in the getup: "Looks like Grandma''s BATHROBE!"-which is insulting to Grandmas everwhere! Fabric reminds me of something from the Brady Bunch. Yuck! Wish I''d listened to the others. Please heed our advice, and don''t waste your time and money.
Wonderful !5/21/2008 I just recieved this dress. I tried it on, and I must say is one of my favorites already. I like the feel of the material and it''s so sexy. It''s my everything dress. I bought this in the pink. As far as sizing goes I didn''t have a problem. I''m 5''3 and 135lbs I picked up a medium, and because of the extra buttons it fits great! The price is great.
Are You Kidding?5/19/2008 This dress is fantastic! If you don''t mind going around looking like you''re wearing a bathrobe! Great design concept, fit is excellent, cut is nice, but that fabric! EWWW! It sincerely looks like a housecoat. Too bad it couldn''t be made in something a little lighter like a rayon-poly mix or something (if they do that). I''m no fashion designer, but I do like to wear it, and this needs to go back to the drawing board for some final fixes. Too bad-love the idea of it.
I Love this Dress! / Lisa, PA5/9/2008 I too do not understand the bad reviews on this dress. I bought it in two colors: Black and Stone. I love the fit and the way it drapes. The fabric is a little thick but I feel it just adds to the styling. Unbutton the cuff and turn it up and you have a fresh and stylish look that you can wear to work and easily take into evening. It looks on me just like it looks on the models! I have the pink,and I am going to order the black & gray size small while they are still in stock. Great for the price! And I love the length! I am 5''3 & prefer my dresses above the knee. This dress is PERFECT!!!!!
