I'm five one and pear shaped. The length is perfect for me. Didn't have to hem. My norm to fit the hips is to order a size up and have it altered. This time I chosed not to. Glad I didn't. It fits well. Compliments the body very nice. Thanks.

I just received this dress today - for me the fabrication is LOVELY - smooth feeling - not scratchy at all - the lining is the finishing touch. JUST ONE PROBLEM - This line does not seem to be designed for women with small waist and large hips. This dress fits perfectly every where from bust to waist but the hip area is tight.

Ms. Lewis, haven't you heard? Real women have HIPS!

I purchased both the black and tan sheath dresses and was disappointed in the lack of quality and sizing. I always wear a XS in the HSN clothing lines but the XS in this dress was too small. Also, the fabric was very scratchy and felt like the material would peel into little fuzz balls. Regrettably, they both had to be returned.
