This skirt runs big. I''m an 8, ordered a six and it was still big. The style also flares more than I expected. I like Territory Ahead styles but this one didn''t work for me. If you want more of an A-Line style in a denim skirt I would order this but go a size down.

In response to the previous reviewer, this skirt fits true to size or maybe just slightly larger. The skirt has some flare, similiar to a circular style, so naturally it will be larger in the hips (since it doesn''t fit close to the body). I ordered my usual size 6 and it falls about 2 1/2 inches below the knee. It has 2 pleats in the front and I love that. There are no belt buckles on this skirt but I like that for a change when I don''t feel like wearing a belt.

Very misleading sizing

A 40 1/2 hip for a size 4 petite!!! On what planet? It''s too bad that is the smallest size for a petite line, because I would have liked to purchase many articles. I realize each line may have its own sizing but such a bizarre difference from the mainstream is unexpected.
